CAD Drawing Management

CAD-1CAD Drawing, or computer aided design is the next generation in planning and design. As a tool, it needs monitoring and management. It’s one thing to map every stage of a facility, and the technology within it, from surveying to operation. It’s another to manage access to that information. We offer a range of services allowing you to manage and authorise access, from those inside and outside the organisation; for example, sensitive data, such as a camera or security locations.

We help our clients implement and maintain access to drawing data. At its heart it is a record of all access, sharing and amendments with a transfer of ownership when personnel change.

We support our clients in determining clear roles for operatives in day-to-day operations, in terms of CAD design or record keeping, either in-house or through third party staff. HC offers a software and hardware selection, operative and management training and the resultant day-to-day application of relevant processes.

Scan to Data

Scan2Data is a new service provided by HC for the asset management market. The customers are Facilities Management organisations, and large corporations with multiple facilities that include general, as well as dedicated or specialised facilities within their Real estate portfolio.

Our business service spans the primary, secondary and tertiary sectors. As long as there are physically managed assets, Scan2Data can install controls and support forward planning.

Data Management

It’s information and not technology alone that makes the difference; we help you to maximise your use technology to get the right information at the right time, as and when you need it. It is essential that the type and integrity of the information going in must be able to bring maximum value to your business.

As independent professionals in Technology, Facilities, and People, we understand your organisational requirements and the relevant data for making your business decisions.

We work closely with your teams to work out the various data needs to support their operations.

Clear concise and correct data decisions and implementation at the start of projects makes a difference when you require accurate, relevant and useful data. For this reason, it is essential to understand the standard models already adopted by the organisation and work to integrate standards that can be seamlessly introduced whilst aligning with and continuously benchmarking with industrial best practices.
